The things worth knowing before you pick

What counts as a tenant?

One Microsoft 365 tenant, meaning one client company in MSP terms. Your own tenant counts as one if you connect it.

How does the free trial work?

Starter comes with 30 days free. Connect two real tenants, use it for a month, and decide whether it has earned its place. Growth and Scale are billed from the start, but you can begin on Starter and move up at any time.

What happens if I go over a limit?

Nothing breaks. You will not be able to connect another tenant until you upgrade or disconnect one, and we will tell you before you hit a tenant or user limit rather than after.

Why is the Form Builder not in Starter?

It is the feature that replaces the most manual work, and it is what most teams move up for. Starter covers seeing the state of your tenants; automating the work starts at Growth.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes. Move to annual at any time and the change is prorated. Annual billing gives you two months free.

Do you charge per user?

Not per seat. Each plan includes a pool of users shared across all your tenants, so a client hiring one person does not change your bill. If your book outgrows the pool, move up a plan.

How do I connect a tenant?

Through the standard Microsoft admin-consent flow. It takes minutes, there is no agent to deploy, and access can be revoked from your side at any time.

What if I need more than 25 tenants or 800 users?

That is the Custom plan. Get in touch and we will price it against your tenant count, including deployment in your own environment if you need it.
