The things worth knowing before you pick

What counts as a tenant?

One Microsoft 365 tenant, meaning one client company in MSP terms. Your own tenant counts as one if you connect it.

What happens if I go over my tenant limit?

Nothing breaks. You will not be able to connect another tenant until you upgrade or disconnect one, and we will tell you before you hit the limit rather than after.

Is the free plan a trial?

No. It is free indefinitely, capped at 3 tenants and 20 users per tenant. It is genuinely useful on its own, and most of the visibility features are included.

Why is the Form Builder not in the free plan?

It is the feature that replaces the most manual work, and it is what most teams upgrade for. Everything needed to see the state of your tenants is free; automating the work is the paid part.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes. Move to annual at any time and the change is prorated. Annual billing gives you two months free.

Do you charge per user?

No. Paid plans are priced per tenant, with unlimited users inside each one. A 500-person client costs the same as a 5-person one.

How do I connect a tenant?

Through the standard Microsoft admin-consent flow. It takes minutes, there is no agent to deploy, and access can be revoked from your side at any time.

What if I need more than 25 tenants?

That is the Custom plan. Get in touch and we will price it against your tenant count, including deployment in your own environment if you need it.
